Scott Morioka, M.D. | Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine | Interventional Spine

Born and raised in Honolulu, Dr. Morioka returned after 14 years of medical training to help Hawaii's communities. After graduating from Punahou School and The Colorado College, he attended Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA.
Following a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at East Carolina University, he was then accepted for fellowship training in Interventional Spine and Sports Medicine at the prestigious Beth Israel (Mount Sinai) Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Morioka is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and member of the North American Spine Society and Spine Intervention Society. He is a past-president of the Hawaii Society of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and a founding Board member of the Hawaii Society of Pain Physicians.


Brandon Shirai, M.D. | Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
Dr. Brandon Shirai was born and raised in Hawaii, he graduated from Waiakea High School on the Big Island, attended University of Hawaii at Hilo and went to Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Shirai completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Missouri, Kansas City.
Emergency Medicine physicians treat many different ailments and have extensive experience in treating patients with injuries. Dr. Shirai has been treating patients with work injuries and injuries associated with motor vehicle accidents since 2009 while simultaneously working in the Emergency Departments and several Urgent Care Centers around Hawaii.
